We ship worldwide via DHL. Free shipping takes up to 6 business days while Express shipping takes up to 3 business days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept debit/credit card payments and M-Pesa Mobile Banking payments. Please note that M-Pesa Mobile Banking payments are only accepted for selective countries.
Are your phones genuine?
Yes, we only sell genuine Apple products. All the accessories included are genuine as well.
Do I get warranty?
Every purchase comes with a 1 year International warranty.
HOW DO I CLAIM WARRANTY?
Use the warranty card you received in your parcel. Claimable at any Apple store worldwide.
What's your return policy?
We give a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can have it returned and we'll give you a replacement or a full refund. We pay the return shipping fee.
How do I track my parcel?
Use the DHL tracking tool. After your parcel has been shipped, you'll get a tracking number.
How do I collect my parcel?
You'll be contacted on your phone number by a DHL deliveryperson once your parcel is in the city. You can then arrange for drop-off at your desired location.
Why is your pricing better?
We get our products directly from the manufacturing source without going through any middlemen. We've also worked our way around to make them tax-free.
Do I have to pay tax?
Parcels are shipped out as tax-exempt. Taxes are not applicable therefore you won't pay anything extra.

Yes, all our phones work with any network worldwide.
What's the condition of your products?
We only sell brand new products. They're sealed in their boxes with all the accessories.
